Our yard had been flooded for almost a year with no idea what the issue was. We tried everything and everybody. Northstar sent technicians out to see if it was our septic. It wasn't, but the technicians stayed and helped us find the actual source! It was above and beyond what they had to do and we are so appreciative. Plus, they were very kind to my very inquisitive kiddo. They explained what they were doing and why and all of them seemed very happy with their work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
